When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in the U.S. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the next day after the day of processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, wait 2-3 business days to process your orders. After that, delivery in the United States will take between 5 to 7 business days.

No surcharge will be charged, either for taxes or for shipping. If you want any express delivery if the amount required by the Courier will be charged.

The cancellation of the order can only be made within 2 days of placing the order, if the cancellation of the order is requested after those 2 days and the jewel is already on the way, the cost of one-way and fly shipping will be charged.

Returns will be accepted only within 7 days of receipt and in perfect condition.

For the purchase of a charm, a Silver chain will be sent as a gift, this chain is a gift and claims for the gift are not accepted. It is recommended not to pull or hook with clothing to prevent breakage.
